The Florida Institute on Homelessness & Supportive Housing is an incredible opportunity of regional interest and impact convened by the Florida Coalition for the Homeless and the Florida Supportive Housing Coalition. The mission of the Institute is to expand the knowledge and capacity of stakeholders to improve the quality of life of those experiencing and at risk of homelessness throughout Florida. The Institute brings together state and national experts who share their knowledge and expertise to help professionals, administrators, government officials, advocates and others meet the challenge of providing quality, affordable, and accessible supportive housing. Each year the Institute has been a remarkable success as participants have indicated the plenary sessions and workshops exceeded their expectations and rivaled the events conducted at the national level.
